Gary Landry, a member of Tidel's Management Team

Gary Landry

President and CEO

Gary Landry has served as President and CEO of Tidel since December 2013. Prior to this assignment, Gary served on the Tidel Board of Directors after being appointed to the role on January 1, 2013. Gary brings over 30 years’ experience in the logistics and cash management industries to Tidel, including several executive leadership roles at Brink’s Inc., a global leader in cash in transit and secure logistics services. In his most recent role at Brink’s, Gary served as Executive Vice President, International, and prior to his international role, Gary served as President, Brink’s U.S. Gary has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Lamar University.

Jeff Galgano, a member of Tidel's Management Team

Jeff Galgano

Chief Financial Officer

Jeff Galgano has served as Chief Financial Officer for Tidel since 2006. Prior to joining Tidel, Jeff was an investment banker for 18 years, having served as Managing Director of the Denver corporate finance office of Stifel Nicolaus. Prior to this role, Jeff served as Managing Director of A.G. Edwards & Son’s Rocky Mountain Region corporate finance office. Jeff has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from DePaul University and an MBA from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management.

Darren Taylor, a member of Tidel's Management Team

Darren Taylor

Executive Vice President, Global Business Development

Darren Taylor has served as Executive Vice President of Global Business Development for Tidel since 2012. Prior to joining Tidel, Darren was the Vice President of Retail Solutions for G4S, the world’s leading international security solutions group. In his role at G4S, Darren designed, developed and led its global retail solutions strategy and created a number of unique retail cash management solutions. Prior to his role at G4S, Darren was Vice President of Business Development for De La Rue Systems, both in Europe and North America, where he spearheaded the launch of De La Rue’s Retail Payment Solutions.

Marty Hendrickson, a member of Tidel's Management Team

Marty Hendrickson

Vice President, Sales

Marty Hendrickson joined Tidel in 2016 as our Vice President, Sales where he leads the North American sales and field support teams. Before joining Tidel, Marty was the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Promontory, a Washington, D.C. – based regulatory consultancy where he was responsible for building and leading Promontory’s business process solutions sales team calling on global financial institutions. Prior to joining Promontory, Marty held multiple roles at Brink’s, U.S., a global leader in cash in transit and secure logistics services.  In his most recent role at Brink’s, Marty led their U.S. smart-safe and cash recycler business development teams. Marty has a B.A. in Communication from Luther College.

Steve Remis, a member of Tidel's Management Team

Steve Remis, Ph.D.

Vice President, Engineering

Steve Remis joined Tidel in 2015 as Software Engineering Manager, and was promoted to VP of Engineering in 2017. In this role Steve leads Tidel’s Engineering R&D, New Product Development, Sustaining, and Quality functions. Steve has 30 years’ experience across numerous industries, including robotics and automation experience in the semiconductor, pharmacy, medical devices, solar power, and cash management industries, and in the U.S. Air Force. Steve has 12 U.S. patents and over 20 technical publications. He earned a B.S. degree in Electrical and Biomedical Engineering from Carnegie-Mellon University, and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Notre Dame.

Troy Richard, a member of Tidel's Management Team

Troy Richard

Executive Vice President, Operations

Troy Richard has served as Executive Vice President, Operations for Tidel since 2002. In this role, Troy oversees all manufacturing operations, customer service, technical support, global supply chain and ISO quality assurance. Troy joined Tidel as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager in 1997. Prior to joining Tidel, Troy spent 3 years in senior management at a startup tech company and 7 years at Abbott Laboratories in manufacturing and engineering management positions. Troy has over 25 years’ experience in operations management, and his educational background includes an MBA in Industrial Management from the University of Dallas and a degree in Industrial Systems Engineering from Ohio State University.
