PATENT INFRINGEMENT LAWSUIT AGAINST TIDEL DROPPED BY CORPORATE SAFE SPECIALISTS

Carrollton, Texas April 12, 2007  — Tidel Engineering, L.P., the world leader in Cash Management Systems and Robbery Prevention products, is pleased to announce that the patent infringement lawsuit in Dallas court against Tidel has been dismissed with Prejudice on April 2, 2007 by Corporate Safe Specialists.  As a result, Tidel has dropped all counterclaims against Corporate Safe including claims of monetary damage.
